What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide: work email, and optionally your first name, company, phone number, and message. We also record which page the submission came from so we know what you were reading.
How we use it
We use your details to send the resource you requested, to respond to your enquiry, and — only if you have asked for it — to send occasional updates. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database. Access is restricted to authorized 360 Vantage Labs personnel and to the server-side code that writes the record; the data is not readable from your browser or by other site visitors.
HIPAA-regulated information
This website is not intended for protected health information. Please do not submit PHI, member records, or claim-level personal data through any form on this site. In client engagements, PHI is handled under the terms of the relevant agreement and business associate agreement, inside the client's controlled environment.
